摘要
从自然-经济-社会复合生态系统高度出发,介绍了生态安全的定义及其对可持续发展的意义,提出了生态安全评价的指标体系。通过分析湖南西部地区生态安全系统状况及特点,认为该地区属于生态脆弱地区,提出了兼顾生态安全和经济发展双重目标的综合发展对策,即正确处理经济发展与生态环境保护的关系,制定生态经济发展战略;转变经济增长模式,发展特色经济;融合地理、人文优势和民族特色,发展生态旅游经济和提高全民生态安全意识。
On the view of nature- economy- society complex ecosystem, the definition of ecological security and the significance to sustainable development were introduced. Besides, the indicator system of ecological security assessment was proposed. West of Hunan was considered ecologically fragile area by the analysis of the status quo and characteristic of ecological security system. In addition, considering the ecological security and economic development, comprehensive development strategy was put forward.
