摘要
研究了利用微波辅助(微波法)萃取白背叶种子果皮精油的新工艺,确定了最佳工艺条件为:萃取功率480W,提取时间30s,液固比(ml/g)为5∶1,精油提取率为5.8%。对照为水蒸气蒸馏法,用此方法,提取时间需6-7 h,提取率只有0.42%。微波法的精油得率是水蒸气蒸馏法的13.8倍,且萃取时间短,工艺简单。
Extraction technology of essence oils from leaves of MaUotus apelta ( Lour. ) Muell Arg with microwave was studied. The result showed that the optimal technology was as follows:extraction power was 480W, extraction time was 30 s, ratio of liquid and material was 5 : 1, the extraction rate of volatile oil reached to 5.8 % .
