摘要
从实际工程出发,针对加料装置的动态定量称重控制要求,对番茄酱动态定量称重过程进行了分析,提出基于BP神经网络整定的PID控制方法,进行了控制系统的设计和仿真实验研究。仿真结果表明,基于BP神经网络的PID控制具有满意的控制效果、学习能力和对动态非线性的系统的快速跟踪能力,可以应用到番茄酱灌装控制实际工程中。
In practical project, according to the dynamic quantitative weighing requirement in material feeding device, the dynamic quantitative weighing process for tomato sauce is analyzed. The PID control method tuned by BP neural network is proposed, and the design and simulation of that control system are worked out. The result of simulation shows that such control system offers satisfactory control effects and learning capability, as well as fast tracking ability to dynamic non-linear system. It can be adopted in practical filling and packaging system for tomato sauce.
