光子嫩肤仪和双波长美容激光仪联合治疗雀斑105例

The Clinical Observation on 105 cases of Freckles Treated by Combining Photorejuvenation Device with Double Wave Length Aesthetic Laser

目的：观察应用联合双波长多脉冲调Q激光治疗机和光子嫩肤仪治疗雀斑患者的临床效果。方法：自2004年12月～2007年8月应用双波长多脉冲调Q激光治疗机和光子嫩肤仪联合治疗105例雀斑患者，雀斑患者用光子嫩肤仪治疗一个疗程后，再以双波长美容机治疗光子嫩肤不能去除的雀斑和深层色素斑。结果：随访3～12个月，所有病例雀斑痊愈率为50％，有效率为100％，伴发其他面部皮损均有不同程度的改善。结论：两种仪器联合治疗面部雀斑患者，能清除70％雀斑，其他皮损也得到很好的改观。

Objective： To investigate clinical effect of freckle patients with photorejuvenation device combining with double wave length Q-switched aesthetic laser. Methods： 105 freckle patients were treated with photorejuvenation device combining with double wave length Q-switched aesthetic laser from Dec 2004 to Aug 2007. They received double wave length Q switched aesthetic laser due to remaining freckles and pigmentation spot after they received one course of photorejuvenation device initially. Results： All patients had been observed for 3～ 12 months. The total efficacy rate was. 100% in the treatment group. Of them skin resumed completely and other skin injuries improved too. Conclusions.. Freckles treated by combining two therapies could be cleaned up by 70% and other skin damages changed at the same time.
