摘要
数字参考咨询服务统计分析评价有利于规范和提升数字参考咨询服务,是近年业界研究热点之一。近5年来,该主题领域的研究呈现出研究内容不断细化、深入的趋势,但是诸多研究文献中能上升到理论层次的还很少,且极少有研究成果能直接应用于参考咨询服务评价实践活动中,这是今后的研究中应予以重视的两个方面。
The evaluation of digital reference service is favor of advancing the quality of digital reference service, which is one of the research heat points these years. In recent 5 years, the reach on evaluation of digital reference service is deeper and deeper. But there is a little of literature research on theory point view, and almost all research result can't be applied on the practice of digital reference service. These area needs to be paid attention to in future.
