64层螺旋CT在复杂型先天性心脏病中的应用进展

摘要 先天性心脏病（congenital heart disease，CHD）是在人胚胎发育时期（怀孕初期2～3个月内），由于心脏及大血管的形成障碍而引起的局部解剖结构异常或出生后应自动关闭的通道未能闭合而造成。国外文献^[1]报道其发病率为4‰～6％；国内文献报道其发病率约占1‰，若包括出生前即死亡的胎儿，本病的发病率会更高。CHD种类繁多，按左、右两侧及大血管之间有无分流分为三大类：
