摘要
目的:探讨冬虫夏草预防肺纤维化发生的作用。方法:气管内注射博莱霉素诱导大鼠肺纤维化模型,从注射博莱霉素前7d至注射后14d,连续每天灌胃喂服冬虫夏草粉或等量溶剂,然后采用负重游泳耐力测试、血气分析及组织学观测等方法评价肺纤维化的程度。结果:气管内注射博莱霉素可导致大鼠一系列指标的显著变化,包括肺系数(肺重/体重)增大、负重游泳时间缩短、动脉血氧分压下降以及肺组织纤维化病变。与溶剂对照组相比,喂服冬虫夏草可显著减轻由博莱霉素引起的上述肺纤维化相关指标的变化。结论:冬虫夏草具有抑制和预防肺纤维化发生的作用。
Objective To explore the preventive effects of Cordyceps sinensis (Berk) Sacc (CS) on pulmonary fibrosis. Methods Intra-trachea injection of bleomycin (BLM) to induce animal model of pulmonary fibrosis. From 7 d before the injection to 14 d after the injection, the suspension of CS powder (CSP) or equal solvent was administrated everyday. Then, loaded swimming stamina assessment, blood gas analysis, and histological examination were performed to detect the pulmonary fibrosis. Results Intra-trachea injection of BLM could induce significant changes on the experimental rats, such as increase the lung index (lung weight/body weight ), decrease the swimming time, decline the PO2 of the arterial blood, and seriously pathological fibrotie changes on lung structure. Compared with BLM-solvent group, the BLM-induced pulmonary fibrotic changes were significantly attenuated in the BLM,GSP group. Conclusion CS can prevent and attenuate the pulmonary fibrosis.
