MRI对膝关节创伤性隐性骨损伤的诊断价值及临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨MRI对膝关节创伤性隐性骨损伤的诊断价值及临床意义。方法:搜集48例有外伤史且有不同程度膝部症状的病例,采用低场机检查,快速自旋回波(FSE)序列,T2加权像(T2WI)、T1加权像(T1WI),冠状位、矢状位扫描。结果:48例MRI检出隐性骨损伤者,X线检查均为阴性,其中左侧膝关节22例,右侧膝关节26例,T1WI呈低信号,T2WI呈稍高信号,骨损伤区信号形态多样,伴有附属结构损伤多例。结论:现有医疗体系中MRI是膝关节创伤性隐性骨损伤必不可少的一种重要检查手段,以FSE序列、T1WI最佳,且对指导临床治疗有重要意义。
