曲安奈德兔眼玻璃体内注射的药物代谢动力学研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究家兔眼玻璃体内一次性注射曲安奈德的药物代谢动力学参数。方法对家兔眼玻璃体内一次性注射曲安奈德,用高效液相色谱法测量其在房水和玻璃体内的药物浓度变化,计算其在房水和玻璃体内的药物代谢动力学参数。结果玻璃体内一次性注射曲安曲德4mg后,房水—峰浓度(Cmax)=(0.466±0.173)μm/ml,半衰期T(β1/2)=(25.3754±11.417)d,药—时曲线下面积(AUC)=(3.489±0.499)μg/(ml·d);玻璃体—峰浓度Cmax=(608.7±137.0)μg/ml,半哀期T(β1/2)=(32.0±9.3)d,药—时曲线下面称AUC=(3524.3±521.7)μg/(ml·d)。结论玻璃体内一次性注射曲安奈德4mg,其在房水中半衰期为25.4d,玻璃体中32.0d,为临床用药提供一定参考。
