摘要
现代服务业的发展水平关系到我国未来的经济增长潜力和就业水平。本文针对我国现代服务业高度开放和相对竞争力较低的现状,阐述了服务业创新的特点及其对提升竞争力的作用,并从现代服务供给体制改革、知识基础构建、人力资源保障和创业环境优化四个方面提出了培育现代服务创新的对策建议。
The development of service industry is crucial for China＇ s economic growth and employment in the future.While it＇ s strength of competing is still weak especially under the circumstance of opening to the world. This paper emphasizes the role of service innovation in enhancing the service sector, putting forward a group of strategies, which involves mechanisms of service supplying, knowledge base, human resource and entrepreneurship.
