摘要
对作为电网负荷中心的城市电网的供电能力进行在线评估具有非常重要的意义。文章借鉴国内外对城市电网进行在线评估的方法,详细定义了网络节点,提出了用邻接矩阵描述城市配电网络结构、以直流潮流模型为基础的线性规划方法,并编写了相应的程序计算城市电网最大供电能力。该程序以SCADA数据库为基础,实时读取数据库中相应节点和线路的相关数据,并可将计算信息发布于电网公司实时信息主页上。通过比较文中程序的计算结果与BPA的计算结果,验证了该方法的准确性和有效性。
It is of significance to make online evaluation of power supply ability of urban power network that is regarded as the load center of power network. Drawing lessons from online evaluation of urban power network home and abroad, the network node is defined in detail; and a linear programming method which is based on the DC power flow model and describes the structure of urban power network by adjacency matrix is proposed, and the program to calculate the utmost power suppler ability of urban power network is complied. This program is based on SCADA database and accesses the related data of corresponding nodes and transmission lines in the database in real-time mode, and the information from calculation results can be distributed on the real-time information homepage of power network company. Comparing the calculation results by the proposed program with that by BPA, the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified.
