New media represented by interact has had serious impact on the print media,and now is filtering into the business of traditional radio and TV stations.How to accelerate the development of IP radio and TV and how to realize the integration into new media have become a big problem that faces radio and TV stations at all levels.Based on analyses of the necessity and the current situation of developing IP radio and TV,the author gives several proposals on developing IP radio and TV by radio and TV stations.
