摘要
探讨了流动注射还原气化-冷原子吸收光谱法测定微量汞时的最佳条件,建立了黄褐牛肝菌中痕量汞的流动注射还原气化-冷原子吸收光谱分析方法。本法操作简便、快速、灵敏度高,自动化程度高,测定汞的线性范围为0~60μg.L-1,相对标准偏差小于3.0%,加标回收率为96%~107%。应用于实际黄褐牛肝菌样品中痕量汞的测定,结果满意。
Various test conditions and effect factors for the determination of mercury by flow injection-atomic absorption spec- trometry were discussed, and a method for the determination of mercury in Boletus impolitus has been developed. The linear range for mercury is 0-60μg.L-1. The relative standard deviation is less than 3. 0%, and the recovery is 96%-107%. This method is simple, rapid and has been applied to the determination of mercury in Boletus impolitus samples with satisfactory results.
