俄罗斯与中亚各国的双边关系是俄对中亚外交的基础。俄与中亚各国的利益重点虽有不同，但都存在着战略性的利益关系。俄正在从政治、经济、安全等方面快速、全面地重返中亚，强化在中亚的军事存在。

Bilateral ties between Russia and Central Asian countries constitute the foundation of Russia's foreign policy in Central Asia. Even though the essential points of interests for Russia and various countries in the region are varied, there still exist some strategic and interest-related links between them. Russia is quickening its steps for a full comeback to the region in political, economic and security fields, and has reinforced its military presence in the region.
