从大学生的上网需求心理分析入手,介绍了高校图书馆电子阅览室与网吧的主要不同,从而针对我校的图书馆电子阅览室的当前现状,提出了有效利用的具体措施。

The paper has analyzed the psychological demand for network of university students, introduced main differences between E-reading room of university library and net bar. Thereby, to counter the status of E-reading room of our library, the paper has put forward the concrete measures to make an efficient use of the information resources in E-reading room.
