磺硝酚偶氮若丹宁光度法测定废渣中贵金属的研究 被引量:3

摘要 在pH3的氯乙酸-NaOH缓冲介质中,1.5%吐温-60存在下,磺硝酚偶氮若丹宁(NSPAR)与铂反应生成2:1稳定配合物,该配合物可被WatersSep-PakC18小柱固相萃取,用氮一氮二甲基甲酰氨(DMF)洗脱后用光度法测定。在洗脱液介质中,λmax=540nm,体系摩尔吸光系数8=6.80×10^4L/mol·cm。金含量在0.0004~0.1μg/mL内符合比尔定律,本方法可用于氰化渣中金含量的测定。 A method for the determination of Aurum from cyanide residue was established based On the color reaction of 4 -nitro- 6 -sulfophenolazorhodanine with Aurum and the solid phase extraction of the colored complex with C18 cartridge. In the presence of pH 3 buffer solution and Tween-60 medium, 4-nitro-6-sulfophenolazorhodanine was reacted with Aurum ( Ⅱ ) to form a stable 2 : 1 complex, which was enriched by C18 cartridge and eluted with DMF, and then determined by spectrophotometry at 535 nm. Beers law was obeyed in the range of 0. 0004 - 0.1 μg/mL.
