含氮铁基粉末冶金材料的组织和性能研究 被引量:1

Study on microstructure and properties of Fe-based powder metallurgy material prepared using nitrided iron powder

摘要 通过气体渗氮法对还原铁粉进行渗氮得到含氮铁基粉末,再对该粉末进行冷等静压成形并在保护气氛中烧结制备出含氮铁基粉末冶金材料。研究表明:该材料的成分为Fe、Fe4N和少量的Fe2O3。其硬度是一般的铁基粉末冶金材料的1.6倍、耐磨性约为铁基粉末冶金材料的5倍、抗蚀性提高约10倍,且该材料的比饱和磁化强度为199.6emu/kg。 The bulk Fe-based powder metallurgy material was prepared using nitrided reduced iron powder by means of cold isostatic pressing and sintering in a protective atmosphere.The results show that the Fe-based powder metallurgy material containing nitrogen is composed of Fe,Fe4N and a small quantity of Fe2O3.By comparing with the conventional Fe-based powder metallurgy material,the hardness,wearing resistance and corrosion-resistance of the Fe-based powder metallurgy material containing nitrogen are improved by 1.6 times,5 times and 10 times, respectively.The specific saturation magnetization achieves 199.6emu/kg.
