摘要
近年来我国学者对台湾海峡的潮汐和潮流进行了不少研究。有关研究主要依据数值计算结果。计算中海峡两端的开边界条件多采用尝试法调整,并用两岸及岛屿测站潮汐资料校核,因而有关潮汐的计算结果一致性较好。至于潮流方面,除西岸少量观测之外所掌握的实测资料很少,因而影响了计算结果的可靠性。
Results trom current measurements taken during 1984-1985 survey in the western Taiwan Strait are compared with those obtained from three previous numerical tidal models which show discrepancies in distribution of co-tidal current lines because of lacking field measurements.1. Tidal waves entering the Strait from the south are stronger than they were thought to be. Their influence on tidal currents in the middle portion of the Strait is obvious.2. Distribution of M2 co-tidal current line is different from model results. The maximum M2 tidal current occurs earlier both in northeastern and southeastern strait and propagates toward the central strait. The occurring time of the maximum M2 tidal current was the latest in the Haitan Channel.3. The measurement results do not support the existence of a M2 current-amphidromic point in the Taiwan Strait as suggested by other authors.
