摘要
为项目尽早进入规范化管理,提高经济效益,提出了对新开项目进行管理交底的对策;并就管理交底的成因、作用和注意事项进行了阐述。
Management confiding is proposed for the newly-commenced project to realize standard management as soon as possible and finally enhance economic returns. Thereafter the cause of formation, performance and precautions in management confiding are presented.
