摘要
本课题针对目前出现的薄质隔热涂料开发研制出一套测定薄质涂层导热系数性能的测试方法。课题充分考虑到薄层隔热涂料的特性,在硬件设置上采用稳态法的原理,研制了单试件式硬件设施,从而减小因薄层材料厚度而带来的测量误差。此外,在热流量取值上,通过SPSS统计数据分析软件对冷却速率进行回归求导,以求得通过试样的热流量。本课题通过不同仪器之间的验证比对两种仪器之间的最大偏差为0.00505W/m·K,结果较为接近,满足实际工程测量的需要。
A new method of thermal conductivity coefficient test for film coatings are researched in the papero The whole hardware equipment concludes four compositions, they are single piece measure equipment, heating cell, temperature measuring instrument and back defending cell. Statistical analysis are used to deal measure date in research and Service Solutions software are adopt. At the same time, by the comparative of results gotten from different instruments, we get the deviation of the measure equipment we developed,the maximum value is 0.00505 W/m·K.
