矿渣粉磨适宜细度控制指标选择

摘要 粒化高炉矿渣粉作为水泥混合材、混凝土掺合料在我国已有广泛应用,几年间我国引进多条矿渣立磨生产线,然而矿渣粉工艺过程控制却只有比表面积一个指标,没有其它指标。本文分析粉体细度检测方法,并结合本公司实际,提出目前矿渣粉工艺过程控制应以筛析法为主,比表面积为辅。 As a kind of cement and concrete admixture, slag has been used widely in our country now. During these years, several shaft producing line had been introduced, but they only control rhe grinding procedure by one index, that is specific area, no others. In this article, methods for determining fineness of power were analyzed. And combining with own corporation circumstance, a viewpoint was put forward that sieve analysis should be mainly used in controlling grinding procedure, and the index of specific area secondary.
