摘要
在推行ISO9001:2000质量管理体系的基础上,制定了各生产与供应环节的确认制度,不仅确保了混凝土质量,维护了公司的利益,而且取得了顾客满意度逐年提升的良好效果。
Based on the practices and experiences of production and provision of RMC for more than ten years, and the construction of the quality management system ISO9001：2000, the author thinks the establishment of validation system in the key processes of production and provision, will not only insure the high quality of RMC, but also satisfy the customers.
