环境条件对小蓟病原菌菌丝生长的影响

摘要 基于对农田杂草小蓟进行生物防治的目的,室内试验研究了环境条件对小蓟病原菌菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:病原菌菌丝生长速度在以PDA为培养基、25℃、光暗交替条件下、葡萄糖为碳源的培养基上、硝酸钠为氮源的培养基上、pH为7.88时生长最快。病原菌致死温度为60℃水浴10min。 For the purpose of bio-control of thistle in cropland, effect of environmental conditions on file mycelium growth of pathogenic bacteria of thistle was studied. Results indicated that PDA was the best medium for the pathogen development,the mycelium grew fast under the condition of alternation of darkness and pH 7.88 at 25 ℃. Among ten tested carbon sources and nitrogen sources, glucose and sodium nitrate were favored for the growth of mycelium. The lethal temperature of pathogenic bacteria was 60℃when handled in water bath for 10 minutes.
