摘要
在实现基于电话语音卡方式构建的电力客服呼叫处理过程中,由于系统的高实时性和多路语音通道的并行性,要求多路语音通道必需能够合理地协调并行工作。阐述了在Delphi语言开发环境下,如何实现利用多线程及线程同步技术来处理语音呼叫过程的协调、并行工作的。
When the call processing in the electric power call center based on telephone voice card was realized, the multiple voice channels must worked parallel and reasonably with each other because of the requirement of highly real time and parallel of the system. The article described the problem of how to use the multithread and synchronization of the thread to realize the parallel and harmony of the call processing in the voice system which was developed by Delphi.
