摘要
为了改变消费者的不良饮食习惯,减少环境污染及抗生素的不合理使用而导致的微生态失调,详细介绍了低聚半乳糖、乳果糖、异麦芽低聚糖、壳寡糖等的生理功能、用途及制造方法,以及从植物中提取的大豆低聚糖、水苏糖和棉子糖的生理功能、用途及制造方法,并介绍了乳酮糖的用途。
In order to remedy consurner's improper eating habit and better the microecological disturbance caused by the environment pollution and the misuse of antibiotics,some prebioties, such as galactooligosaccharide ,lactulose,isomalto -oligosacchrides, Chitosan oligosaccharide etc. are introduced in detail. The physiological function of soybean oligosaccharide, stachyose and raffinose, their application and producing method are also introduced. The application of lactulose is also discussed as well.
