摘要
为增加黄酒的种类,以传统保健养生理论为基础,根据我国传统配方,结合现代科学理念,在黄酒中加入多味药食两用的物料,经挑选、整理、组合、加工、粉碎,并在黄酒酿造过程中参与糖化和酒精发酵,再经调勾、冷冻处理过滤后,精制成补气养血保健黄酒,产品具有独特的风味和保健养生功能。
Based on the traditional health-care theory and traditional domestic ingredients,combined with modem scientific notion,many Chinese medicines-and-food materials are added into the fermentation of yellow rice wine to widen its variety.After a serics of selecting,coposition,processing and grinding,all the raw materials are mixed for saccharification and alcohol fermentation With blending and cold-processing filiration,the benefiting-qi-and-nourishing-blood yellow rice wine is produced.It has a special flavor and a good health-care function.
