The Pharmacoeconomics Analysis in the Treatment of Schizophrenia in My Hospital

目的:比较氯氮平与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的成本-效果。方法:对51例住院精神分裂症患者应用氯氮平与利培酮进行治疗,并运用药物经济学成本-效果分析法进行评价。结果:氯氮平、利培酮治疗精神分裂症的有效率分别为96·15%,100%,两者疗效无显著性差异(P>0·05),产生单位效果的成本两者稍有差别,氯氮平较低。结论:氯氮平与利培酮的疗效相当,氯氮平治疗精神分裂症产生单位效果比利培酮节约3·96元。

OBJECTIVE： To compare the efficie treatment of schizophrenial. METHODS ： 51 in-patients ncy and economic cost between Clozapine and Risperldon in the with schizophrenia were treated with Clozapine or Risperidon and the results were evaluated by using pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis. RESULTS： The effective rates of Clozapine and Risperidon were 96.15% and 100% respectively with no significant difference （P 〉 0.05） . There was a little difference in the costs for an identical effect between two drugs , the cost of Clozapine being lower. CONCLUSION ： The total effective rates and costs of Clozapine and Risperidon were almost equal in the treatment of schizophrenial. The Clozapine even unit result of the treatment schizophrenia disease creation ratio Risperidon economizes 3.96 dollars.
