2003年～2006年广州地区各类药物费用分析

Costs of Various Drugs in Guangzhou Area

目的:了解我市近年各类药物使用的情况及其变化趋势。方法:选取2003年～2006年全国医药信息网提供我市的用药费用信息及我市36家大医院电脑信息网提供的数据资料,逐年统计各院各类药物销售金额情况,汇总统计各类药物销售总金额及各类药物销售额占全市药物总销售金额的百分比,每种药品的费用按当年的价格计算,并计算各类药物的费用增长率。结果:2005年药物费用比2002年增加36.52%,2004年～2006年费用年增长率分别为18.20%、11.26%和3.81%;抗感染药、心血管系统药物、消化系统药物和神经系统药物所占药费比例每年均在前6位;各类药物的年增长率波动较大。结论:我市各类药物使用符合有效、经济和合理的原则。

OBJECTIVE ： To probe into the application status and its variation tendency of various drugs in recent years. METHODS： The drug costs information in 2003 - 2006 retrieved from national medicine information network and the data information retrieved from computers information network of 36 big hospitals we,e subjected to analysis in respect of the consumption sum of each drug category in each hospital, the total consumption sum of each category and its proportion in the total consumption sum of all the drugs used in Guangzhou, the cost of each drug kind in that year and the annual incremental ,ate of each category in drug cost. RESULTS： The drug costs in 2005 were 36.52% higher than in 2002; the annual incremental rate of drug costs in 2004, 2005 and 2006 were 18.20%, 11.26% and 3.81%, respectively. The anti - infective drugs, the cardiovascular system medicine, the digestive system medicine and the nervous system medicine remained at the first six places over the 3 years. The annual incremental rate of each category experienced a big fluctuation. CONCLUSION： The use of various drugs in Guangzhou conforms to the medication principle of effectiveness, economy and rationality.
