摘要
目的:分析我院药品不良反应(ADR)的相关因素,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对我院2006年1～12月收集的252例药品不良反应报告进行统计分析。结果:252例ADR报告中,以静脉滴注给药引发的ADR最多,占总例数的70.2%(177例);抗感染药物引起的ADR最多,占总例数的61.5%(155例);ADR表现以皮肤及附件损伤最为常见,占总例数的52.3%(132例)。结论:应慎用注射剂,合理使用抗感染药物,以减少ADR的发生。
OBJECTIVE： To analyze the related factors of adverse drug reactions （ADRs） occurred in our hospital for references of clinical medication. METHODS： 252 ADR case reports collected from Jan. to Dec. in 2006 in our hospital were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： Of the total 252 ADR cases, 70.2% （177 cases） were induced by iv gtt; 61.5% （155 cases） were induced by anti - infective drags. 52.3% （132cases） were the damage of skin and appendants. CONCLUSION ： Injections should be used wiih caution. Rational use of anti - infective drugs should be emphasized to reduce the incidence of ADR.
