Over a period of time from February to December 2006, and from March to December 2007, there was a web-ad with the American Standard logo on a portal web. It was a brochure advertising all of American Standard’s sanitary products and various designs. It aroused great attention from the public. According to their statistics, the average cost of generating one deal on the website is only $1. Though it was just a minor 'pilot' experiment for a sanitary manufacturer to do Internet marketing, the further thinking provoked afterwards meant a lot.
