Traffic Organization and Design along the Inner-canal in Huai′an City

在对淮安市居民出行调查与里运河核查线的数据详细分析的基础上,指出了路网结构与交叉口渠化设计是该区域存在的最主要的交通问题,并根据通达分离、机非分离、公交优先、适度发展自行车交通的原则提出了该区域的路网规划与交通组织设计方案。

On the basis of a detailed analysis of the data from residents travel survey and the check line survey along the inner-canal, this paper pointed out that the network structure and intersections design defects are the main transport problems in the area, and put forward the network planning and the traffic organization and design scheme according to the principles of separation of through and reach, vehicle and bicycle, bus priority and appropriate development of the bicycle.
