摘要
《劳动合同法》的实施面临令人担心的局面,如果能够注重营造相关的法制环境,培育相关的法律诚信,提供相关的施法技术,循着更为开放的路径,是可以避免可能的双赢导致事实的双输的。
The implementation of the Labor Contract Law is faced a worrying phase. If we pay attention to build up proper legal conditions and, to offer techniques of implementing law while to fdster legal honesty through a more opening approach, we can avoid actually loss- lesscaused by possible win - win.
