摘要
如何利用新劳动合同法进一步做好人力资源管理工作,避免劳资冲突,建立和谐稳定的劳动关系,已经成为用人单位面临的新课题、新挑战。从方法论的角度看,践行劳动合同法的有效途径:一是完善劳动合同法律制度体系;二是树立"公平正义"的劳动关系法治理念;三是提高劳动者与用人单位的认知能力。其目标就是实现劳动合同法律制度实施的理性化、深层次化与本土化。
How to improve human resources menagement and avoid labor conflict so as to build harmonious labor relations, it is a new problem and challenge the employing units are confronted with. According to epistemology analysis, effeedve approaches of implernenting the Labor Contract law include that, to perfect legal systems of labor contract law, to establish labor relations law principle of justice and, to improve consciousness of laborers and employing units. We must aim at to enforcement the legal system of labor contract rationally, deeply and natively.
