The harmonious corporation culture is an important part of socialist advanced culture and of building up a socialist haronious society. Along with the development of modem science and technology and reform and opening, trade union should research on the new characteristics and new methods of corporation culture, and take bilding up corporation culture as a long- term strategic mission.
