摘要
只要劳动关系当中仍然有集体劳动关系存在的必然性,工会就具有其生存、发展的理由和空间。在当今时代,尽管人力资源管理日益发展,但是它并不能取代工会,成为协调企业劳动关系的唯一途径。在企业劳动关系的处理与协调中,工会组织具有不可替代的作用。在中国企业实行人力资源管理的同时发展和加强工会的作用,实现两者的兼容,是具有现实条件和可能性的。
So long as collective labor relations are necessary, trade union will has the reasons and room of existence and development. At present, although human resources management developed increasingly, but it can not replace trade union and be the only approach of coordinating labor relations in enterprises.In the labor relations in enterprise, trade union' s role can not be replaced. It is feasible to develop and improve trade union' s role at the same time of practising human resources management in enterprises of China.
