摘要
根据现阶段我国基层工会所做的"准职工社会工作"的特点,在我国总体性社会向非总体性社会转型过程中,以工会为依托,发展帮助职工解决其工作和生活中各种问题的职工社会工作是有必要及可能性的。
At present, the work of trade unions at grassroots level has the characteristics of ＂quasi occupational social work＂ .In the transition from a collectivity society into an non - collectivity society of China, it is necessary and possible to develop occupa- tional social work relying on trade union＇ s work, so as to solve the problems which workers and staff are faced with in their work and life.
