An Analysis of Social Exclusion and Causations of Re-employment Difficulty of the Laid-off

下岗职工在再就业过程中面临着收入、学历、年龄等社会对他们的排斥,这些排斥使他们无法摆脱生活困境。问卷调查的结果表明他们在再就业过程中陷入了许多困境,社会保障体系的不完善,供求关系失衡,政策对效率的倾斜是他们再就业困境的主要原因。

The laid- off workers are faced with social exclusions of income, educational background, age and so on.Most of them can not get rid of the difficulties.According to our questionnaire investigation, the laid- off met with many difficulties in the process of re - employment. The problems of social security system, unbalance of supply and demand in labor market and efficiency - offented policies are main reasons of their re - employment difficulty.
