肾上腺偶发瘤临床并非罕见,大多数<3cm肾上腺偶发瘤是良性无功能性的肿瘤,但必须结合内分泌检查、影像学检查及同位素扫描,以排除有无内分泌功能及是否为恶性。对无内分泌功能亢进或直径<3cm且无恶性征象的肾上腺偶发瘤患者可定期随访。后腹腔镜手术不是合理的选择。

Nonfunctional incidentalomas is not rare in clinic. Most adrenal incidentalomas less than 3cm in diameter are benign and non - hypersecreting , but all should be evaluated to rule out malignancy or endocrine hyperfunction. Adrenal incidentalomas less than 3cm without malignant signs and with endocrine function should be long term follow up. Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery is not the rational choice for treatment.
