Globalization Tide of Russian Landscape Architecture

从10世纪时东正教和拜占庭文化的融合起,俄国开始了文明史上的全球化的进程,作为当代文化的一个非常重要的部分,俄罗斯风景园林已经在过去的15年里经历了全球化的趋势,而且完全反映了俄罗斯现代政治和经济生活的各个方面。俄罗斯风景园林专业的有识之士认识到风景园林全球化过程的积极影响,也意识到全球化正给俄罗斯带来的危机;失去国家的特性,忽视地方传统,使俄罗斯成为"一个理想化的西方世界的影像"。

Russia has commenced its globalization of the civilization culture since the adaptation of the Orthodox Church and the Byzantium in the 10th century. As a very important part of the contemporary culture, Russian landscape architecture has witnessed the globalization tide in the past 15 year and fully reflects all aspects the politics and economy life in Russia. Intellectuals of Russian landscape architecture have been aware of the bright side of the globalization as well as the consequent crisis： losing the national identity while ignoring the local traditions to be an idealized image of the western world.
