The paper simply introduces function test of relay devices and the Generic Object Oriented Substation Event model based on IEC 61850, and proposes a constructing scheme of digital relay device＇s test system. The test system carries out mapping and parsing trip command transmitted by GOOSE, and can send GOOSE to relay device simulating blocking condition. Relay device＇s protection function test can be conveniently performed by the test system, and its performance is realiable.
