摘要 介绍了基于新型高性能数字信号处理器TMS320F2812实现开关柜内部绝缘套管泄漏电流在线检测单元的设计。重点叙述了调理电路和F2812通信模块的设计。并采用代码调试器CCS作为DSP软件开发平台,实现整个软件系统的编写和调试,缩短了软件开发周期。该单元在开关柜投入正常运行时,能实时检测绝缘套管表面交流泄漏电流值,并给出当前套管绝缘状态的显示报告,为用户提供有价值的参考信息,有利于用户做出科学合理的解决方案。 The design of on-line monitoririg for leak current of insulating casing of switchgear based on a high performance digital signal processor TMS320F2812.Its conditioning circuit and communication module of F2812 are emphasized, An integrated development environment software of code composer studio is adopted as the system software platform. It realizes the entire software system compilation and the debugging and reduces the software development cycle, When the switchgear is on normal operation, this module can real-time detect the leak current of the insulating casing and give out the display report of the current status, these provide the extremely valuable reference information for the user, so it is advantageous for users to make the science and reasonable solution.
