摘要
电力市场化对国家和社会经济的宏观影响已引起广泛关注。欧美国家进行了大量评估,这些评估研究可以概括为:评估对象、评估内容、评估工具、评估结果及评估指标。通过对欧美国家电力市场评估现状、评估指标及竞争带来的收益进行归纳总结,结合我国发电厂竞价上网的实际情况,找出了适合中国电力市场的宏观评估方向,主要从以下四个方面进行评估:对发电厂效率的影响,对电价及用户的影响,对电网和电厂投资影响,对环境的影响。
The macro-impact for the countries＇ economy of the electricity market liberalization has become popular widely. Many countries have put the regional electricity market to test such as American and Europe. These evaluations gather up as followings： the objects, contents, tools, indexes and drawings of evaluation. According to these summaries of evaluation actualities, evaluation indexes and benefits in American, Europe countries, this paper presents some available way based on the electricity market model in China. The evaluation mainly from four aspects including： evaluating the impact on generation efficiency, electricity and consumer, the investment of plants and electric network and environment.
