A college library is an important front in the training of the socialist new generation.It will exert great influences on the growth of the young students and on purifying the educationalenvironment as well as on establishing a civilized library to strengthen the construction of spiritualcivilization in library. Library staff must set a good example and various steps must be taken to boostthe construction of spiritual civilization in library.
