摘要
在数字芯片的低功耗架构中,特别是在多媒体手持设备芯片的低功耗架构中,各个功能模块之间的供电切换技术是至关重要的低功耗设计技术。文中以基于90纳米工艺的GSM非智能多媒体手机基带芯片为例,从前段概念设计到后端物理实现具体讲述如何做好供电切换技术在超大规模集成电路中的应用,以及在设计中如何降低漏电流功耗和如何解决时钟树综合等技术难点的方法。
In the low power architecture of digital chip, especially in the architecture of the multi-media mobile device chips, one of the most important technology of low power design is power switching among different parts. With the example of GSM non - intelligence multi-media mobile phone base band chip based on 90nm technology, This paper investigate the implementation of power switching in the design of ultra semiconductor integrated circuits. Solutions to some technological difficulties such as leakage power optimization and clock tree synthesis are also given.
