目的 总结非内镜条件下微创甲状腺次全切除术经验。方法 采用低位弧形小切口，不离断颈前肌群的微创甲收腺次全切除术。结果 312例均完成手术，临床效果满意。结论 非内镜微创甲状腺次全切除木在严格掌握适应症的情况下，可以减少手术创伤，利于术后恢复及减轻手术后疤痕对美容影响。

Rusult 312 cases of minimally invasive subtotal thyroidectomy without endoscope were accomplish, reach a perfect clinical result Conclusion Minimally invasive subtotal thyroidectomy was less injuries and good for the patient＇s recovery and feature in suitable indication.
