The nursing of the leucocytopenia after postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer

目的 总结大肠癌术后化疗致白细胞减少的护理方法。方法 对48例大肠癌术后化疗致白细胞减少患者进行回顾性分析。结果 全部病例白细胞回升正常。结论 提升白细胞的关键是：密切监测白细胞的变化，根据病情适时使用升白细胞药物，严重减少者，需大量使用瑞白针（重组人粒细胞刺激因子注射液）等，同时增加营养，保持环境清洁，配合心理辅导，增强机体抵抗力。

Objective To aggregate the care methods of the leucocytopenia after postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis of 48 patients with the leucocytopenia after postoperative chemotherapy of colorectal cancer was made. Results All patients＇ interleukin rebounded to normal levels. Conclusions The key of interleukin upgrade is closely monitor of the changes in leukocyte, timely use of interleukin increased drug according to illness, extensive use of recombinant human granu]ocyte colony stimulating factor injection when Interleukin serious lower, and increased nutrition, keep the environment clean, strengthen psychological counselling and body resistance.
