安降复方对高血压患者血压昼夜节律和睡眠及NPY、NT研究

Study on essential hypertension patients with disorderly circadian blood rressure rhythm and insomnia and NPY, NT by AnJiang FuFang

目的研究安降复方对高血压伴血压昼夜节律紊乱和睡眠不良患者及对其NPY、NY影响的临床研究。方法80例高血压伴血压昼夜节律紊乱和睡眠不良患者，随机分为2组，对照组40例，口服非洛地平缓释片5mg，qd，治疗组40例，在此基础上加服中药安降复方，4周为1疗程。结果治疗组血压昼夜节律改善及降压疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗组睡眠不良改善优于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗组与对照组比较，NPY水平明显下降（P〈0．05），NY水平明显升高（P〈0．05），并对靶器官的损害有保护作用。结论中药安降复方具有改善高血压伴血压昼夜节律紊乱和睡眠不良的临床疗效，并可降低NPY水平，升高NY水平，从而起到对靶器官的保护作用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of An Jiang Fu Fang （AJFF） on essential hypertension patients with disorderly circadian blood pressure rhythm and insomnia, especially study the level of NPY（ neuropeptide Y ） and NT （neurotension） of them. Method 80 essential hypertension patients with disorderly circadian blood pressure rhythm and insomnia were group, there were 40 cases in each group. rained-release Tablet was given to each randomly divided into AJFF and control In control group, Smg of Felodipin Suspatient once a day. In AJFF group, AJFF liquid and 5 mg of Felodipin Sustained-release Tablet was given to each patient once a day. The treatment course was four weeks. Result The AJFF group is better than the control group in reducing blood pressure and changing circadian rhythm （P 〈0.05）. It is more obvious of the AJFF group in relieving symptoms of insomnia than the control group （P〈0.05）. Compared to the control group, the AJFF group had a lower level of NPY （P〈0.05） and a higher level of NT （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine An Jiang Fu Fang can improve the clinical effect of essential hypertension patients with disorderly circadian blood pressure rhythm and insomnia, and it can lower the NPY level as well as raise the NT level, thus it can protect the target organ.
