针刺“足三里”对糖尿病胃轻瘫患者胃动力学的影响

Influence of acupuncture at ＂Zusanli＂ on gastric kinetic and gastrointestinal hormone in diabetic gastroparesis

目的观察针刺“足三里”穴对糖尿病胃轻瘫胃动力学及胃肠激素的影响，探讨针刺“足三里”穴调节胃动力学的机制。方法采用实时超声和放射免疫法（RIA）检测36名糖尿病胃轻瘫患者针刺“足三里”穴的胃动力学指标和血浆胃动素（MTL）及生长抑素（SS）水平。结果针刺“足三里”穴后，糖尿病胃轻瘫患者胃收缩次数增加（P〈0.01），胃收缩幅度增大（P〈0．01），胃排空率明显升高（P〈0.01）；MTL含量明显升高（P〈0.01）及ss水平明显减低（P〈0.05）。结论针刺“足三里”穴可使糖尿病胃轻瘫患者胃动力学和胃肠激素含量发生变化，改善胃运动功能。

Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture at ＂Zusanli＂ on gastric motor and gastrointestinal hormone in diabetic gastroparesis .Methods 36 cases with diabetic gastroparesis before and after acupuncture at ＂Zusanli＂ were studied , gastric kinetic was determined with real-time ultrasound, and plasma levels of motilin（MTL） and somatostatin （SS） were measured with radioimmunoassay. Results Frequency and amplitude of gastric contraction and gastric emptying were significantly increased （P〈0. 01） , and MTL level was markedly higher （P〈0. 01）, and SS levels were much lower（P〈 0.05） after acupuncture at ＂Zusanli＂. Conclusions Acupuncture at ＂Zusanli＂ can accelerate the gastric emptying and changes the concentrations of the plasma MTL and SS.
