手外伤住院患者的描述性研究

Descriptive Study of Hand Trauma Inpatient

目的 研究东莞市石碣医院住院手外伤病例的人员、时间和地点分布情况，描述其构成特点及规律。方法 对东莞石碣医院2004年7月1日～2005年6月30目的全部手外伤住院患者进行病历回顾性调查分析。结果 该时段共收治手外伤患者966例，男多于女，15～29岁者占大多数，受伤原因多为工业性损伤，致伤因子以机械因子最多，受伤部位以手指损伤为主，食指为多。结论 本地区手外伤住院患者构成在时间、人群和地点上有一定的规律。在手外伤的治疗方面，在技术的发展上要重视手指外伤和压砸伤的治疗，要特别注意对住院费用的控制。手外伤的防范要采取综合防治措施，宣传教育十分重要。

Objective To study the crowd, time and location distributing of hand trauma inpatient of Shijie Hospital, of which describe the structural characteristics and rules. Method Investigated and analyzed the medical record of hand trauma inpatients of Shijie Hospital from July 1st, 2004 to .June 30th, 2005. Results There were 966 cases of hand trauma inpatients during that period, more male patients than female ones; most： cases were between 15 to 29 years old; more cases were industrial injury; most were injured for mechanical factor and mainly have finger injured, especially index finger. Conclusions There＇s certain rule of hand trauma inpatients on time, crowd and location in this region. In the development of technology, we should attach mportance to treatment of finger injury and crush injury, we must pay special attention to the control of hospital fees. To prevent hand trauma, we should adopt comprehensive preventive measures, and it is essencial for publicity and education.
