摘要
WS-03030是从武汉地区土壤中分离到的1株具有抗真菌活性的菌株。经形态学、培养特征、生理生化特征培养观察及16SrDNA序列分析,将WS-03030鉴定为吸水链霉菌;WS-03030发酵液的乙酸乙酯粗提物经半制备高效液相及活性测定确认了产生的活性物质,活性物质通过高效液相制得的纯品对稻瘟病菌、黄色镰刀菌和小麦颖枯病菌的最低抑制浓度(MIC)仅1.562 5μg.mL-1。
In screening process of new agricultural antibiotics, a aetinomycetes strain WS-03030 was isolated and identificated from a soil sample collected in Wuhan. The results showed that WS-03030 belonged to Streptomyces hygroseopieus. Its bioactive substance was isolated by ethyl acetate extraction and purified by preparative HPLC through activity-guiding method. Antifungal experiment showed that the substance' MIC to Pyrieularia oryzae, Fusarium eulmorum, Septoria nodorum could reach 1.562 5 μg· mL^-1.
